Reports - Back Order

The "Reports - Back Order" page allows users to search for items that are on back order. Back ordered items are parts of an order that will be shipped at a later date.

Search:

Select the method by which you want to view seach results and click the "Generate Report" button. The search can be narrowed further by entering search criteria.

You can sort a column by clicking the column heading. An up or down triangle will be displayed to denote the direction of the sort.

View:

To view details click the image located beside each row. You may also click the "Expand" or "Collapse" links to toggle the details.

If you have selected a specific line time, the ETA information for that order will be displayed.

Please note in some cases the ETA information will read as being "Delivery Date and Quantity not confirmed" or "Delivery Date not confirmed". In these instances, arrival dates will be confirmed on an on-going basis as information becomes available from our factories.

Print:

To print a copy of the report, click the "Export to EXCEL" or "Export to PDF" buttons.
