Parts - New Order

The "Parts - New Order" acts as a parts order basket. When parts have been added, they will be displayed here. You will be able to delete or continue adding parts. You can also begin the ordering process clicking Preview.

Order:

To add parts to the order basket, choose one of the following buttons:

• Item Inquiry
• CEASA/Panasonic Parts XML Upload
• ServicePlus Parts Upload

Added parts:

When parts have been added to the order basket, they will be broken into one of four sections. These four sections are described below:

• Listed parts Are parts that were found in the system.
• Listed parts (no price) Are parts that were found in the system but without a price
• Unlisted parts Are parts that have been added but were not found in the system.
• Unlisted parts VIA XML or ServicePlus Are parts processed from the CEASA XML or ServicePlus upload and were not found in the system. These parts will not be part of the order but you may perform a search for a corresponding part by clicking the "Inquire" link.

Delete:

Parts can be removed by selecting the corresponding checkboxes and clicking the "Delete" button. You can click the "Select All" and "Deselect All" links to check or uncheck all checkboxes.
