Sometimes my online session expires and I am prompted to logon again, why does this happen?

You will be logged off the Panasonic web site if you remain idle for more than 10 minutes.  To re-activate your connection, you will need to logon again.

Why do certain functions of the application take so long?

The Panasonic Service Resource Centre application's main system is connected to many different computers.  Some functions may take longer than others as the system needs to "communicate" with other systems in order to get the information you require.


When I make updates to a record, or add a record, I sometimes get an error message.

The required.gif (162 bytes)denotes a required field.  If the field is not entered, the system will not accept the change or addition. 


What happens if I delete a record by mistake?

There is no way of re-retrieving a record once it has been deleted.   If a record has been deleted in error, it must be recreated.


When I conduct searches, they don't always work.   What am I doing wrong?

Searches can only be performed against one field.  Ensure only one field is chosen and try the search again.


When I try to view service manuals or technical bulletins, I sometimes get a message asking me if I want to "open file from its current location", or "save file to disk".  What do I do?

Most of these files are created in a program called Adobe Acrobat.   An Adobe Acrobat file is characterized by a .pdf extension.  When this error occurs, it means that you do not have this program on your system.  Click on the hypertext link below for a free download of Adobe Acrobat:
