ACCOUNT - TECHNICIANS LIST
The "Account - Technician List" page allows users to view, update, delete, and add technicians located at a service centre.
View:
To view technician details, click on the last name. The "Account - Technician
Detail" page will be displayed for the technician chosen.
Update/Delete:
To update and/or delete technician details, click on the technician’s last
name. The "Account - Technician Detail" page will be displayed for the
technician chosen.
Add:
To add a technician, click the "Add Technician" button.
A blank "Account - Technician Add" page will be displayed. The arrow surrounded by a red circle denotes a required field. Complete the form and click the "Add" button.
To clear the fields, click on the "Reset" button.
