REPAIR - WARRANTY CLAIM STATUS

The "Repair - Warranty Claim Status" page allows users to search for and view details on warranty claims.

Searches for Warranty Claims can be done in one of three ways:

1.    By Claim Number
If you do not know the claim number, enter the digits your claim "Starts With". Complete the  form.

If you know the claim number, click the down arrow for a drop down menu. Choose "Is Equal To". Enter the claim number.

2.    By Status
There are 3 status’

• Credited to Account
• In Process
• Refused

Click on the down arrow for a drop down menu. Choose the appropriate status.

3.    By the most Recent Claims
You may view up to the most recent 200 claims. Enter the number of claims.

Once you have chosen how you want to search, click the "Submit" button. Your search results will be displayed.
