REPAIR - REPAIR STATUS SEARCH RESULTS

To view detailed information on a repair, click on the Work Order hyperlink.  The "Repair - Repair Status Detail" page will be displayed.

Return Auth:
Represents the return authorization number

Work Order:
Represents the work order number

Model:
Represents the model number of the product

Serial:
Represents the serial number of the product

Status:
Represents the status of the repair. 
There are 10 status'

    rcv pending
    Return Authorization number has been issued but unit has not been received by Panasonic Canada

   rcv confirmed
    unit has been received by PCI FSC but not assigned to a technician

    techn assigned
    unit has been assigned to a technician for repair

    repair/inspect
    technician is working on the unit

   parts on b/o
   
technician has ordered parts to complete repair of unit

    estm pending
   
an estimate has been provided, FSC is waiting for approval of estimate

    rpr/insp finished
   
unit has been repaired and is ready for pick-up or shipping

    estm rejected
   
estimate has been rejected, unit is being prepared for pick-up or shipping

    return confirmed
   
unit has been picked-up or shipped

    CANCELLED
   
work order has been cancelled

Represents the date the record was updated
