Repair - Warranty Credit Note/Adj. Inquiry

The "Repair - Warranty Credit Note/Adj. Inquiry" allows users to search and view warranty credit notes and adjustments.

Search:

You may search by entering a credit memo # or by date range. When you enter the search criteria a results list will be displayed. Click on the credit note you'd like to see and a PDF copy will be displayed.

Credit memo # can be found in the "Customer Ref" field of the invoice (see Invoice Inquiry)
