REPAIR - RETURN AUTHORIZATION
The "Repair - Return Authorization" page allows users to generate a return authorization number for units being returned to Panasonic Canada Inc. (PCI) for repair. A unit being returned to PCI must have a return authorization number. The return authorization number assists in tracking the unit being returned, and ensures the unit is being routed to the correct department within PCI.
Return Authorization numbers can be obtained in one of two ways:
1. Warranty Units still under warranty with Panasonic Canada
2. Dealer Stock Unit is no longer under warranty and costs will be associated with the repair
When Warranty is checked, Purchase date entry is required. When Dealer Stock is checked, Approved Amount entry is required.
One complaint code must be selected, but the option exists for selecting up to three complaint codes. Click the down arrow and choose the appropriate code from the drop down list.
For a list of valid codes and their descriptions click here or see page 10 of the Service Policy Guide.
Complete the form and click the "Submit" button. To clear the fields, click the "Reset" button.
The Repair-Return Authorization page will be redisplayed with the return authorization and work order numbers.
